- 1 cup pitted Kalamata olives
- 1 cup sundried tomatoes packed in oil
- 2 tbsp. Cervasi® extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp. gralic chopped
- 8-10 leaves basil fresh
- Feta Cheese crumbles
- 12 Cervasi Bruschetta with Garlic
- Chop Kalamata olives and sundried tomatoes into small pieces.
- In a bowl, mix olives, tomatoes and garlic together with Cervasi extra virgin olive oil.
- Add 1-2 tbsp. of mixture to each bruschetta. Sprinkle feta cheese over top.
