  • 1 cup pitted Kalamata olives
  • 1 cup sundried tomatoes packed in oil
  • 2 tbsp. Cervasi® extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. gralic chopped
  • 8-10 leaves basil fresh
  • Feta Cheese crumbles
  • 12 Cervasi Bruschetta with Garlic


  1. Chop Kalamata olives and sundried tomatoes into small pieces.
  2. In a bowl, mix olives, tomatoes and garlic together with Cervasi extra virgin olive oil.
  3. Add 1-2 tbsp. of mixture to each bruschetta. Sprinkle feta cheese over top.
